Design a better way forward
Growing up surrounded by the legacy of Bletchley Park, I learned that innovation and problem-solving can change the world. These beliefs have driven my career and personal mission: to design a better way forward. That’s for you, me, and everyone we love.
My childhood was marked by the constraints of a large family and limited resources. Faced with many challenges and a lust for something more, I found ways to push boundaries. At ten, I built a twelve-strong child workforce to wash cars and collected ‘lost’ balls from the local golf course. I was earning well, and my parents were shocked. These early experiences shaped my belief that with determination and action, anything is possible.
School was far too easy. You would hope University would be different, however, it was more art than commercial design. Despite my lack of preparation, I was hired on my final exhibition night and went on to thrive. I had moved out at 18 and with consistent income, started to reflect what a young adult should; bills and all. I progressed my career, changing agencies, and a consistent theme was revealed: a desire to do more, innovate, and push boundaries.
As time went on, it felt as if the universe was out to get me. From sky-high energy bills to unfair insurance providers, and everything else in between, I was experiencing some of the worst situations that could happen to a credit file. Assessing myself, I had the skills, exposure, and know-how to design a better way forward. So I decided to take action. In 2017, I founded Glue, a digital product and experience design agency. In 2024, I founded Many, a venture development firm. These outlets enable me to make change.

Through my actions, commitment, and drive I’ve been able to address consumers’ most pesky pains. I can evidence positively impacting their lives. My efforts have even led to a personal win: significant involvement and leadership conducting digital transformation for a top 5 UK motor insurer provider.
I’ve pushed myself and my teams to outperform much larger, established agencies and internal setups. This has been done this with precision, predictability, and courage.
